Howzit! I am Harvey Taylor, the founder of The GoodMan Life, a global mental fitness movement built on lived experience, not theory. After spending years battling deep depression, suicidal thoughts and hitting absolute rock bottom, I made a defining decision to take full ownership of my mind and my life. Through small daily actions like breathwork, movement, nutrition, mindset and visualisation, I rebuilt myself from the inside out.
Today, my mission is to help tackle the growing global mental health crisis by teaching people how to transform anxiety and depression into mental strength. Through sharing my experiences, lessons and teachings, I hope to empower individuals and organisations to make mental fitness a way of life, because no one should have to live with the crippling fear of anxiety or the mental hell that is depression.
